Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residence LPN to join our team at Good Shepherd Community Care. This part-time, 24-hour position involves providing end-of-life care to patients in our 10-bed hospice facility.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for LPNs interested in delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative and supportive environment. As a Residence LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including ongoing assessment, pain management, and symptom control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with established plans of care.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify changing patient needs and develop effective care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and address any concerns or issues.
  • Document all patient interactions, observations, and interventions accurately and thoroughly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current Massachusetts LPN license in good standing.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in community health, oncology nursing, or a related field.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
