We are seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health in Nashotah, Wisconsin. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of general, vascular and/or cardiac procedures/studies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and caregivers. They should also be able to use independent judgment to accurately differentiate between normal and pathologic findings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Competently operating ultrasound equipment to perform general, vascular and/or cardiac procedures/studies.
  • Accurately differentiating between normal and pathologic findings.
  • Reviewing patient medical records to obtain necessary clinical information.
  • Positioning patients and selecting proper transducers and technical factors for accurate ultrasound procedures.
  • Maintaining records in accordance with various regulatory agencies.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include holiday pay, guaranteed hours, continuing education opportunities, and more.
