**Location:** Texas Hill Country

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in conducting screenings and assessments to identify students with speech and language concerns.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to address communication needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals and enhance their academic performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and student outcomes.

**Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
  • Completion of a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) program accredited by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • State licensure or certification as an SLPA, or eligibility for licensure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with students, families, and school staff.
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required.
