At ATI, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional materials that perform under the most demanding conditions. We are currently looking for a dedicated CNC Machinist to become a part of our dynamic team in Coon Valley.
Role Summary
The CNC Machinist will be responsible for producing high-quality components by setting up and operating CNC machines, adhering to our rigorous safety and quality standards while ensuring the maintenance of equipment and supplies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visual inspections of incoming raw materials.
- Execute manufacturing operations on CNC lathes.
- Machine parts to precise tolerances for final inspection.
- Inspect and clean finished products at the end of the production cycle.
- Perform final product inspections.
- Collaborate closely with manufacturing leadership and team members to achieve common objectives.
- Carry out preventative maintenance tasks.
- Accurately complete required documentation.
Work Schedule
This position requires working night shifts on weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 5 PM to 5 AM. Training will be provided either on weekends or during the week.
Compensation and Benefits
ATI offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, which begins on the first of the month following your hire date. Additional benefits include a 401(k) plan with employer contributions and matching, three weeks of paid time off annually (inclusive of vacation, personal, and sick time), and eleven paid holidays each year.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
- Preferred: Machining certificate or prior CNC machining experience; however, we are willing to train motivated entry-level candidates.
