Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Care Specialist to join our team in Jurupa Valley, CA. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our community and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of grounds, amenities, and building exteriors.
  • Remove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter on a daily basis.
  • Assist in preparing market-ready units, including removing trash from vacant apartments (trash outs) prior to make-ready.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor/Community Manager to prioritize and complete assigned maintenance tasks.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and staff.
Requirements:
  • Experience in apartment maintenance is required.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Knowledge of the apartment industry and skills required for plumbing, appliance repair, electrical duties, and fire alarm panels, HVAC is a plus.
  • Demonstrable computer abilities, Windows (Word and Excel), Internet, and email, and other relevant applications.
  • Yardi experience is a plus.
  • Availability to participate in on-call emergency rotation and respond to emergencies after hours as needed.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $55,000 - $65,000 depending on experience.
