Job Overview

ITC Defense is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for applying knowledge and experience with standard cybersecurity concepts, practices, and procedures to support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software cybersecurity problems pertaining to the enclave environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply extensive knowledge and experience with cybersecurity concepts, practices, and procedures to support, monitor, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software cybersecurity problems.
  • Support and monitor enclave security-related goals, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish objectives.
  • Work under general supervision, reporting to a network manager or government cyber manager, and may coach and mentor other employees.
  • Capable of supporting a full-time, 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as job duties demand.
  • Some travel is expected for this position.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM or cyber-related field from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
  • IAT II Certification prior to accepting position.
  • Must have technical certification or 2 years' experience with McAfee Endpoint Security, Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Splunk, and/or experience implementing network/enclave/system security toolsets with experience reviewing technical assessment reports and prioritizing technical corrective actions.
  • An Active Secret Clearance with Top Secret eligibility is required.
