About the PracticeOur large multispecialty group consists of 260 healthcare providers, including 30 primary care physicians, spread across 25 locations.
We offer a 100% outpatient setting with clinic call limited to 1:30, managed by RNs. Pediatric care and women's health are optional, and procedures are not required.
Our physicians enjoy flexible hours, Monday to Friday, with the support of MA's who assist with EPIC and return patient calls. NP's who do not require supervision are also part of our team.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- $250K base income for two years
- $30K sign-on bonus
- $20K relocation assistance paid directly to the physician
- Student loan support
- PTO and comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- CME $5,000
- Life insurance options with short-term and long-term disability programs
- 401K employer match, contribution, and deferred compensation
