Key Responsibilities
  • Manage warranty claims efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborate with colleagues and management teams
  • Negotiate with extended warranties and insurance companies
  • Perform administrative tasks and data entry
  • Utilize the dealer management system for invoiced repairs
Requirements
  • Prior experience in retail or automotive industry
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends
  • Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software
  • Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Compensation

$50,000 - $60,000 per year
