Urology Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join our Urology team at Mass General Brigham. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our physicians and nurses in delivering high-quality patient services.

• Assist physicians and nurses with patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for procedures, and maintaining accurate records.
• Perform various clinical and technical tasks, such as preparing exam rooms, handling medical equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence and patient satisfaction.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Medical Assistant certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
