Intercept Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team at the ABA Center. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for developing and supervising behavioral therapy programs for children, adolescents, and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and experience working with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and at least 2 years of relevant experience implementing ABA services are required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and supervise behavioral therapy programs for children, adolescents, and young adults with autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental disabilities.
- Provide clinical oversight to ABA client programming and supervision to behavior technicians providing direct services.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality services and achieve program goals.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in ABA and implement evidence-based interventions.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience implementing ABA services with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual disabilities, or other developmental disabilities.
- Minimum 1 year clinical supervisory experience preferred.
