Position Summary:
The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in driving vehicle sales while adhering to dealership standards for profitability, volume, and customer satisfaction. This role encompasses several key responsibilities, including personal work habits, prospecting, selling, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess each customer's vehicle requirements through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Showcase vehicles through demonstrations, including facilitating test drives.
  • Oversee the vehicle delivery process, ensuring customers are well-informed about the vehicle's features, warranty, and necessary documentation, thereby fostering customer loyalty.
  • Set personal income objectives aligned with dealership productivity standards and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Stay informed about incoming inventory, features, and accessories, and communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure vehicles are reconditioned to expectations and timelines.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions provided by the dealership and manufacturers.
  • Maintain a systematic approach to prospect development.
  • Understand vehicle equity and values, and effectively explain depreciation to customers.
  • Introduce customers to service department staff to highlight the quality and efficiency of available services.

  • Uncapped commission structure with average annual earnings ranging from $60,000 to $90,000.
