Job Description: Construction Machinist

We are seeking a skilled Construction Machinist to join our team at Webber, LLC. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to perform various tasks in the construction industry.

Duties:
  1. Perform maintenance work to equipment including oiling, greasing, and making necessary adjustments
  2. Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activities to supervisor and/or Human Resources
  3. Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals

Qualifications:
  1. Five (5) or more years of heavy highway and civil construction as an Excavator Operator
  2. Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers and perceives attributes of objects and materials

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000 per year
