CNC Machinist

Job Summary:

Aerotek is seeking a skilled CNC EDM Machinist to join our team. As a CNC EDM Machinist, you will be responsible for operating wire EDM machines to precision machine metal parts. This is a great opportunity to work with a variety of materials and develop your skills in precision machining.

• Operate wire EDM machines to precision machine metal parts
  
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  
• Use micrometers and calipers to measure and inspect parts
  
• Load and unload parts from machines
  
• Perform routine maintenance on machines
  

• 1+ years of experience operating CNC machines, preferably with wire EDM machines
  
• Experience with micrometers and calipers
  
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
