Job Title: Operating Room Nurse

ALOIS Healthcare is seeking a skilled Operating Room Nurse to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Operating Room Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. As an Operating Room Nurse, you will be responsible for coordinating and consulting with other healthcare professionals to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate both minor and major operations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on best-in-class operating procedures, nursing disciplines, and patient safety protocols.

  • Ensure a safe and efficient operating room environment, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Experience in Operating Room nursing, preferably in a travel nursing setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
