Job SummaryThe successful candidate will work in a Home Health setting, completing evaluations, treatments, and discharges for clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve, rehabilitate, or maintain patients' motor skills and overall ability to perform everyday activities.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet patients' goals and needs.
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program/school.
- Licensed by the State of Ohio or in the process of being licensed.
- Open to new graduates and experienced professionals.
- Home Health experience preferred, but not required.
- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
