Job Title: Artillery Mechanic

As an Artillery Mechanic with the Army National Guard, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing the electrical systems of our ground weapons systems. Your expertise will ensure that our artillery units are equipped with the latest technology and are ready to deploy at a moment's notice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair diesel power plants, compression ignition engines, and engine fuel systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in carriage-mounted armament, fire control systems, and related components
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on self-propelled field artillery weapon systems
Requirements:
  • Must be between the ages of 17 and 35
  • Must be able to pass a physical exam and meet legal and moral standards
  • Must meet citizenship requirements
