Caregiver Advocate

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team at Dungarvin. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and comfortably.

The estimated salary for this position is $52,800 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and $13/hour wage.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance to individuals with disabilities.
• Ensuring the comfort, safety, and personal growth of those we serve.
• Assisting with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and more.

You will also have the opportunity to:

• Build relationships with persons served and teammates.
• Attend special community occasions and fun activities like outdoor walks, games, and social events.
• Transport persons served to appointments or other activities outside the home.
