Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our team. As a Family Medicine Physician at One Medical, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a patient panel with a diverse range of patient needs, including acute, chronic, and well visits.
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits.
- Participate in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other educational opportunities.
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Utilize your clinical expertise to perform in-office procedures and supervise NP or PA colleagues.
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program.
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting, seeing all ages (0+).
- Board certified in Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date.
- State licensed in IL, obtained before your One Medical start date.
