Care IV Home Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a part-time or PRN basis. As a Physical Therapist with our agency, you will have the opportunity to work in a professional and supportive environment that values your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit patients in their homes and assisted living facilities to provide physical therapy care
  • Develop and implement physical therapy care plans, document patient progress, and update the Therapy Director on patient status
  • Perform other physical therapy duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Active licensure or registration as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arkansas
  • Previous acute physical therapy experience
  • A minimum of three professional references
