We are seeking a highly skilled Aesthetic Injectable Nurse to join our team at Eye Candy Beauty Med Spa. As an Aesthetic RN, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

About the Position

This is a part-time position, requiring 10-20 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate will have experience with aesthetic treatments and possess excellent customer service skills. You will be responsible for developing customized patient beauty plans, educating patients on services, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Develops fully customized patient beauty plans with integrity.
  • Educate our patients on all services. Continue to update patients' beauty plans.
  • Provide a compassionate and open environment for patients; deliver quality care while maintaining all company metrics pertaining to productivity.
  • Prepares timely, legible, and complete documentation of all client care as provided by law, regulation, and established policy, updates patient records and checks records for accuracy at each patient appointment.
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Participates in continuing education to improve professional and technical knowledge, skills, and abilities; attends education workshops, reviews professional publications, and participates in professional societies.
  • Consistently supports compliance and the Principles of Responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, accreditation, and licenser requirements and office protocols (including but not limited to; JCAHO, OSHA, HIPAA).
  • Display compassion for clients; be sympathetic to a client's needs and be able to deal with people in various states of pain, trauma, and tragedy.
  • Possesses good judgment and displayed the ability to make timely and sound decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure, display patience, and provide caregiving.
Requirements
  • Must have at least 1-year experience with aesthetic treatments.
  • Must have a car or reliable method of transportation.
  • Must be able to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • Customer Service skills and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Must be efficient and meticulous.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on experience.
