We are seeking a skilled RN Navigator to join our Oncology Medical Group team at Holy Cross Hospital. As a RN Navigator, you will work closely with patients who have or are at risk of getting cancer, providing necessary assessments, administering treatments, and communicating with patient care providers to develop a personalized care plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and interpret patient information to identify needs and develop a care plan.
- Assist physicians with treatments and procedures.
- Interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide open and compassionate care.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care.
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum one to three years of clinical nursing experience, with oncology experience preferred.
- ONS Chemo/Biotherapy course required upon hire or within six months.
- FL RN license.
- BLS from AHA.
