About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Gastroenterology team as a Resource Nurse. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting clinic access, care coordination, and addressing pre-procedure inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Quality and Safety team to ensure efficient patient care delivery and effective communication.
  • Play a crucial role in supporting clinic access and care coordination.
  • Address pre-procedure inquiries and provide timely responses to patients and families.
  • Work closely with the Nurse Manager and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
  • Previous inpatient experience strongly preferred.
  • At least 2 years nursing experience required.
  • Current licensure as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
  • Strong understanding of gastrointestinal conditions, procedures, and treatment modalities.
  • Relevant professional experience in outpatient nursing and/or case management preferred.
