As a Wellness Nurse, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents, providing personalized care and support to meet their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in multiple communities throughout New Jersey.
- Engage with residents, assessing their needs and developing personalized care plans to promote their overall health and well-being.
- Collaborate with the Health Services Director to ensure seamless care delivery and documentation.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, inspiring and motivating colleagues to deliver exceptional care.
Salary Range:
USD $45.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
Compensation Disclosure:
The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
Qualifications:
- You have a positive attitude and love working with people.
- You're a proud graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
- A current Registered Nurse license has your name on it.
- For at least two years, you've provided great care as a Nurse in an assisted living, hospice, home health, acute or long-term care environment.
