About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Therapist to join our team at Seneca Family of Agencies. As a Wraparound Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing mental health services to youth and families in Riverside County.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate services and planning for children referred through social service, probation, or mental health departments.
  • Engage clients in meaningful relationships while providing a safe and positive environment that aligns with their values and cultures.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for care planning and support.
  • Develop and implement individual client care plans, behavioral programs, and interventions.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and participate in individual and/or group supervision.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • Eligible to register or registered with the CA BBS.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies insurance policy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with children in out-of-home care.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
