**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at El Cosmico, a unique hospitality company that offers a range of accommodations and experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving exceptional cocktails to our guests, while also providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
  • Mix ingredients to prepare and garnish cocktails and other beverages according to El Cosmico standards
  • Serve snacks or food items to customers as requested or submit order to Kitchen
  • Help plan and organize the menu and operations of the Cocktail Lounge or Bar
  • Ensure immediate response is given to any and all guest comments and concerns and inform immediate supervisor of concerns and assist implementing corrective measure when necessary
  • Attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading customers to stop drinking, or ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated patrons
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety in the work area

**Requirements:**

  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Three (3) years related experience in hospitality or service industry preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive Attitude
  • An eye for Detail
