As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for delivering essential nursing care to residents in a long-term and rehabilitation setting. Your role is vital in ensuring that each resident receives personalized care according to their individual care plans.
Compensation:
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $5000
- Shift Details: Weekend shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM or 7:30 PM to 7:30 AM, with 5-hour shifts that provide pay for 37 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct care and treatment to residents in long-term and rehabilitation settings.
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation for residents under your care.
- Collaborate effectively with the nursing and medical teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain proficiency in all required tasks specific to the facility.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a long-term care facility is preferred.
- Ability to perform tasks while adhering to high standards of quality, cleanliness, and compassion.
