  • Diagnostic and Repair: Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair, if authorized by the customer.
  • Quality Control: Conduct multi-point inspections to ensure the safety and reliability of customer vehicles.
  • Documentation: Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or equivalent experience desired.
  • Experience: Automotive service technology training program completion or equivalent years of experience required.
  • Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills required.
