Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Technologist to perform routine radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable examinations in the diagnostic department of Radiology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical terminology, isolation, and sterile techniques/procedures, as well as patient positioning and equipment operation.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable examinations in the diagnostic department of Radiology.
  • Take radiographs per physician orders.
  • Protect patients and employees from unnecessary radiation.
  • Assist with equipment quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and ordering of supplies.
  • Interact professionally with other departments and assist with patient transportation.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an ARRT-accredited Radiologic Technology school.
  • ARRT certification.
  • BLS (American Heart Assoc.) certification.
