Role Summary: The Aesthetic RN will deliver non-invasive cosmetic assessments, consultations, and treatments, along with recommendations as guided by a supervising physician. Responsibilities may encompass a variety of procedures, including but not limited to: injectable anti-wrinkle treatments, dermal fillers, facial and body injections, platelet-rich plasma therapy, microneedling, RF microneedling, IV hydration therapy, lip and buttock enhancements, cryolipolysis, and chemical peels.

Position Title: Registered Nurse
Department: Aesthetic Services
Collaborative Roles: Work in conjunction with Aesthetic Nurse Practitioners, a supervising Physician, Medical Assistants, Nurse Assistants, and the Spa Manager.
Supervisory Roles: Oversee Medical Assistants and/or Nurse Assistants.

Qualifications:

  • Valid certification as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant in the relevant jurisdiction

    • Minimum of one year experience in injections
    • Proficient in consulting patients on cosmetic needs, techniques, and treatment strategies

Physical and Mental Requirements:

  • Capability to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
    • Exposure to blood and bodily fluids, with adherence to proper PPE protocols
    • Proficient use of manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity, and fine motor skills

Compensation:

  • Starting at $30/hour plus commission and bonus opportunities, commensurate with experience
