Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all marketing initiatives for both private label and branded products.
  • Lead new product development by researching and identifying opportunities within the popcorn and snack food sectors. Collaborate with stakeholders to launch innovative products successfully.
  • Conduct pricing analysis and manage profit responsibilities, including customer quote generation.
  • Manage e-commerce and social media strategies, focusing on the growth of our online sales channels.
  • Perform competitive analysis to stay informed about market trends and competitor strategies.
  • Develop and maintain brand strategy, positioning, and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with external marketing vendors for graphic design, content creation, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Oversee project and budget management to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Identify potential new markets, products, or line extensions.
  • Support the sales team with key account presentations.
  • Collaborate with fellow leadership team members on strategic initiatives and the enhancement of company culture.

  • In-depth knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends) and Google AdWords.
