Responsibilities- Lead and Manage Nursing Care Teams
Supervise and coordinate the care provided by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other team members to ensure high-quality care for our residents.
Provide Safe and Effective Medication ManagementAdminister medications accurately and safely to our residents, and ensure that all medication-related interventions are implemented in a timely and effective manner.
Assess and Develop Care PlansConduct thorough assessments of our residents' health needs and develop individualized care plans that address their unique requirements.
Collaborate with Healthcare TeamsWork closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements- Experience and Education
1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting, with a current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state.
Certifications and TrainingCPR certification and completion of any required training programs.
