Job Summary:We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement clinical procedures and guidelines
- Participate in staff meetings and case presentations
- Supervise Care Coordinators during initial intakes
- Provide supervision and consultation to staff and student interns
- Provide patient-centered therapy interventions
- Document patient screenings, psychosocial assessments, progress, and referral information
- Assist in the process of advocacy for patients' access to community resources
- Collaborate with the treatment team to provide the best care to patients
- Use multiple interventions to assist patients in meeting their identified goals
Master's degree in Social Work or related field
Valid LCSW or LMFT licensure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
