Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and direct nursing staff on various shifts to ensure optimal patient care.

- Conduct rounds on all patients on assigned units and review chart documentation to ensure accurate and timely care.

- Monitor staff attendance and punctuality, addressing any issues promptly.
