Position Overview:

Full-Time - General Psychiatrist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clinical services to patients within the facility.

  • Conduct evaluations for mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
  • Administer treatment or oversee treatment plans utilizing various psychotherapeutic techniques and medications.
  • Complete and review medical documentation for individual care plans in a timely manner.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with documentation and billing procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree in Medicine (MD or DO) is required.
  • Preferred experience of one or more years post-graduation.
  • Must hold a valid license in the state of practice.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Board certification in psychiatry is mandatory.
  • Current DEA credentials to prescribe controlled substances in accordance with state regulations.
