Job Summary

The Tohono O'odham Nation is seeking a highly skilled Project Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of project plans, goals, and objectives.
  • Assist in establishing bidding criteria and reviewing contracts.
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion.
  • Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to financial plans.
  • Provide cost estimates and assist in preparing project budgets.
  • Manage project personnel and coordinate with other agencies and organizations.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports.
  • Maintain professional knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • Four years of work experience in project administration or a related field.
  • Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and may be required to travel within the Tohono O'odham Nation.
