Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Administrator to lead our team in the Department of Social and Health Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to our Home and Community Services programs in Region 3.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead short- and long-term strategic planning for HCS programs in Region 3
  • Provide oversight and leadership in effective change management planning and support
  • Have fiscal accountability for HCS programs in the region
  • Oversee daily operations, including delivery of long-term services and supports programs
  • Supervise staff, personnel, and employee engagement
  • Manage regional budget and resource allocation
  • Implement policies and ensure regional training and quality assurance
  • Coordinate legislative activities, media, and constituent inquiries
  • Engage with stakeholders and promote a culture that supports the mission of ALTSA and DSHS
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Seven years of high-level managerial experience, leading multi-level units and teams
  • Three years of experience developing and implementing programs providing services in aging and disability services, adult protective services, public health, mental health, or other related areas
  • Three years of experience working with stakeholders or constituents building consensus
