PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team in Media, PA at the Nether Providence Branch.
Key Responsibilities- Acquire and expand share of wallet for mass affluent client segment and Business Banking opportunities under 1MM in sales revenue.
- Lead proactive lead generation and appointments conducted inside and outside of branch, delivering a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing.
- Manage and grow Business Banking relationships under 1MM in sales revenue, leveraging experience and acquired knowledge of bank products and services to position appropriately.
- Develop ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI, working across a broad range of ecosystem partners to identify the resource or team of resources best equipped to meet customer needs.
- Manage customer experience, differentiating the customer experience through advanced conversation skills and delivering customer well-being through tailored solutions aligned with customer needs.
- University/college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program.
- Comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
