Job Title: Rehabilitation Clinic Supervisor

Orlando Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Clinic Supervisor to lead our brand-new outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Oviedo, Florida. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising multiple team members, facilitating physician relations, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with professional standards of practice.
  • Supervise and mentor staff to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and development of the clinic.
  • Manage personnel functions, including hiring, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
  • Participate in corporate and divisional meetings to stay informed about organizational goals and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Current license in the State of Florida as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Audiologist, or Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Four (4) years of related experience.
