The estimated salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $180,000 per year, based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week. Please note that this figure may be subject to tax-free stipend and other benefits.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced interventional radiology technologist to join our team at a top-rated facility in Boston, Massachusetts. As a cardiac cath lab technologist in interventional radiology, you will assist physicians with catheterization of the heart and other minimally invasive procedures. Your responsibilities will include preparing equipment, assisting surgeons, monitoring patient vitals, maintaining sterile conditions, and more. You may care for patients undergoing angioplasty, ablation, embolization, stenting, thrombolysis, or biopsies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, applicants must have at least 1-2 years of recent acute care experience in interventional radiology, hold an ARRT certification, BLS Certification (AHA), and a current state license. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
