Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Optometrist to join our team as an Independent Practice Owner at a Sam's Club location. As an Independent Optometrist, you will have the autonomy to establish your own practice, set your own schedule, and control your patient flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality eye care services to patients, including comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, and glasses prescriptions.
  • Establish and maintain a loyal patient base through excellent customer service and communication.
  • Manage your own practice, including staff supervision, inventory management, and marketing.
  • Meet or exceed sales and profitability targets, while maintaining a high level of patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited optometry school.
  • Valid state optometry license.
  • General Liability Certificate.
  • Professional Liability Insurance Certificate.
  • W-9 form.
