About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at Stellar Enterprises. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing complex network and special construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget completion of projects.
  • Cost Control and Management: Conduct thorough cost analysis and control, identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including clients, authorities, and external contractors.
  • Site Inspections and Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Concept Development and Approval: Develop and present concepts for technical execution variants, approval planning, and performance specifications/descriptions.
  • Client and Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Education and Qualifications: Completed degree in civil engineering, preferably with a focus on civil engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Professional Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience, preferably in underground construction.
  • Project Management Skills: Good knowledge of project management principles and practices, with practical experience in project implementation.
  • Soft Skills: Independence, resilience, and organizational skills, with negotiation experience and skill combined with an economic way of thinking and working.
  • Driver's License: Possession of a valid driver's license class B.
