EHS Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced EHS Specialist - Compliance Officer to join our team at Mentor Technical Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations in our pharmaceutical facilities.

The EHS Specialist - Compliance Officer will work closely with our operations teams to identify and mitigate potential risks, develop and implement effective compliance programs, and ensure that all necessary records are maintained and up-to-date.

• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs to ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance
• Collaborate with operations teams to develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and program effectiveness
• Serve as primary contact for regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries and inspections
• Develop and deliver training programs to employees on environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures
• Assist in the development and implementation of company-wide EHS policies and procedures

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, or related field
• 5-9 years of experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in a pharmaceutical setting
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective compliance programs
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and cGMP regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
