Charleston Endoscopy Center is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Endoscopy Technician to join our team. As a key member of our endoscopy team, you will be responsible for preparing the procedure room, assisting physicians with endoscopic procedures, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.

• Prepare procedure rooms and equipment for endoscopic procedures
• Assist physicians with endoscopic procedures, including preparing patients and maintaining a safe environment
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff, including decontaminating endoscopic scopes and equipment
• Unload supplies and scan documents into the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Nursing or charge nurse

• Minimum one year of healthcare experience or graduation from a medical assisting/surgical technician program
• BLS certification preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Detail-oriented and able to communicate effectively
• Basic computer skills
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
