We're looking for a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an RBT in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced Clinical Director and BCBAs to provide high-quality therapy services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy to clients
- Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
- Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and new developments in the field
Requirements:
- An active RBT certification from the BACB.com website
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
