We're now hiring a Clinical Supervisor for our newest Detox and Residential treatment facility in Norfolk, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and assist the Clinical Director as necessary in all relevant duties
  • Manage the daily execution of all aspects of the Avenues clinical program
  • Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and encouraging recovery environment
  • Facilitate groups occasionally and maintain a small client caseload
  • Provide consistent compliance oversight to ensure impeccable client documentation
  • Provide Utilization Review support to drive authorization and retention throughout treatment

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in a related field preferred
  • 3 years of experience working with chemical dependency or dual-diagnosed clients preferred
  • Current licensure necessary to practice in this state for this role: LPC, LCSW
  • Efficient and driven, with strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, observational, and communication skills
  • Positive, warm, and dignified character that models recovery principles
