As a Nursing Aide, you'll be responsible for providing direct patient care, including:
- Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to nursing staff
- Assisting with medication administration and other medical procedures
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and residents
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To obtain certification from a state-approved certified nursing assistant program within four months of training completion
- To be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to ensure patient safety and well-being
