Role Summary
This dynamic Registered Nurse will join our esteemed Inpatient Float Team at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, where they will have the opportunity to work across various units, including med surg units, ICUs, and the ED. With a focus on delivering exceptional patient care, this role requires strong assessment and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize tasks in complex patient care situations.
About the Ideal Candidate
We seek a nurse leader who embodies compassion, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a pediatric RN and hold current licensure as a California RN. A background in pediatrics and proficiency in electronic medical records systems are also highly desirable.

- Provide expert nursing care to pediatric patients across various units.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients.
