Sleep Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Sleep Technologist to join our team at Hospital Sisters Health System. As a Sleep Technologist, you will be responsible for performing comprehensive polysomnographic testing, scoring, and analysis under the general oversight of the department's assigned leader and/or the medical director.

• Conduct polysomnographic testing and scoring in accordance with AASM guidelines and departmental policies and procedures.
• Perform associated interventions and provide patient care under the general oversight of the department's assigned leader and/or the medical director.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in sleep medicine and polysomnography.

• Enrollment in an A-Step program is required.
• Successful completion of an accredited educational program leading to an associate degree with an emphasis in Polysomnography is required.
• Experience in a sleep lab setting or 1-2 years of equivalent healthcare experience is preferred.
• Experience using EPIC, Meditech, or other healthcare-based data systems is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• A-Step program completion within one year of hire is required.
• Registered Sleep Technologist (RST) and/or Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification is preferred.
