We are seeking a skilled Reservations Agent to provide exceptional customer service and assist guests in booking their stay with us. The ideal candidate is energetic, passionate about hospitality, and possesses excellent communication and organizational skills. You must have a positive attitude, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Assist guests in booking their stay
  • Manage front desk operations
  • Perform administrative tasks


Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills and experience with reservation software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the role
