Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with IT and business groups to identify and implement process automation and orchestration using continuous improvement, workflows, artificial intelligence, and machine learning platforms.
  • Provide technical excellence on tool capabilities and departmental processes and philosophies.
  • Participate in incident response, including major incidents and disaster recovery.
  • Use machine learning, data analytics, and artificial intelligence to predict and prevent potential outages.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of operational technologies and platforms and their interactions with other departments and processes.
Requirements
  • Experience with automation tools and ability to automate processes where possible.
  • Understanding of data analytics capabilities and organizationally accepted technology standards.
  • Experience with virtualization tools and strategies, ITIL service management processes, and application and infrastructure performance monitoring tools and techniques.
  • Strong understanding of Knowledge Management concepts and Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) methodologies.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with creating, programming, operating, and servicing Audio Visual solutions.
  • Understanding of organizationally approved project management methodologies.
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize based on impact and urgency and restore services based on Service Level Agreements.
  • Strong research, analytical, decision-making, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
